So last night I opened up for Souljah Fyah (Juno Nominated etc...) at the Bob Marley B-Day Celebration at Halo and it was outerspace! The crowd was unreal and I just want to congratulate and thank SJF for letting me do that, as well as send a little karmic love thier way to WIN those award nominations!!

That said, I was naturally inspired to do some musical explorations today, and I hope to share all the craziness with open ears very soon...even though I just started! But do watch out for some live videos from last nights show as well as the anthem I san in January and other delightful tidbits of singing and fun!

Happy New Year! What a year I had in 2008, so much happened to start out this whole singing thing I've decided to persue. From my CD release party on July 31, to the many lovely shows I had the pleasure of performing at, last year truly got the ball rolling for me in the performing area. Opportunities to perform at the WCMA's with Soulja Fyah and Politic Live was surreal. My song placement on Samantha Who? was an amazing highlight and thanks to the amazing opportunity of performing at Hip Hop for Hunger, I was featured in a Journal article written by Sandra Sperounes. This year starts out with a bang, I will be singing at an Oil Kings game on Jan. 15, woo hoo, collaborating with various Edmonton artists, (Politic Live) and doing a double night at Jeffrey's cafe. I'm hoping to begin creations on some new material and blow your minds. More exciting news to come...

Hello friends!!

I've got BIG news, I just found out that my song "Shake Ya Body", track #6 on my CD, is going to be appearing on ABC's "Samantha Who?".  The show airs Monday's at 10:00pm on ABC (channel 13) and I believe it will be on October 13th, but I'm not positive...so, watch every Monday, and listen listen listen!!!  Yeah!!!
